Search The Index

You can find the title to each and every song in a split second that was ever published in Sheet Music Magazine, by issue, simply by typing it into this library’s database.

Click here and type in “I Keep Going Back To Joe’s,” for example. You’ll see that the only existing copy of this great torch song is in the magazine! What a resource! They have every issue.

Can you find and provide (publish) the song “I’m Checking Out,” that was sung by Meryl Streep in the movie “Postcards from the Edge?”

See our Classified section for collector Sandy Marrone. She may have it.

Today I purchased a computer generated copy of sheet music to Mister Sandman, Lyric & music, Pat Ballard. I remember hearing different words.
Can you help me find all the words to this song?

Try lyrics.com…or Google “song lyrics”…there are many sites. No cost.

In which issues of the magazine will I find examples of Elton John’s sheet music.
Thanks

You can search for Elton John on our index which is in Excel. On the sheetmusicmagazine.com site home page see “Index To Past Issues” and pass your cursor over PDF or Excel. Then do a find for Elton, or: John, Elton

I am looking for songs of WWII. Are there any sheet music magazines that were devoted to that type of music?

Thanks, Mary Eisenreich
